It's the age old question, what's for dinner on Friday? You know what sounds amazing? Steak........oh yeah, it's Lent. Never fails, the days that I crave meat the most during Lent are Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. (I follow the old calendar, hence the extra meatless days) Fortunately, there is Pinterest! This website is an amazing source of endless knowledge. Case in point, I found three amazing recipes in the time it used to take me to log onto the internet back when broadband was still a thing. (Oh my but I don't miss that noise)
Number 1, Lemon Basil Pasta: That just makes my mouth water just by reading the title. Here's the link to the recipe: Deliciousness!

Number 2, Tomato Basil Soup: Extra bonus points for this one cause it's a crockpot recipe! Upside: easy, easy recipe. Downside: If you're a professional mom/wife you get to smell the amazingness that this soup is cooking all day...
You're Welcome!
Number 3, French Onion Soup Casserole: This recipe it extremely easy to throw together and scrumptious to boot! The only modification that I have to add to this recipe is I would at least double if not triple the amount of cheese. Oh and don't pour the onion juice from the skillet into the casserole, it has plenty of liquid to take care of itself.
Perfecto!
See y'all? Meatless doesn't have to be tasteless! What are y'all making for your meatless meals?
